Is it normal for me to paypal to send money through worldremit? In South Africa. he asked me and I had the first time 155, the second time 225, the third time 315, the fourth time 235 and now he is asking for 380. I do not have any money to send. can i recover them again?

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community for assistance! From what you've described, you have sent someone money outside of PayPal. This is not something that PayPal would ever recommend. Unfortunately, this has the appearances of some sort of scam. Any transactions outside of PayPal would not be eligible for a PayPal dispute.
