I hope someone can help me resolve this issue. My credit card was used for a paypal transaction. I called my bank to inform that there was an unathorized transaction on my credit card. They said since I used Paypal before I should contact paypal first. I tried calling the customer service number but was only automated voice. I also checked my paypal account and there were no transaction history. Please help.
