The PayPal system is NOT allowing my transfer funds from my WF checking account into my PayPal account. I do NOT see WHY this is the case. I have definitely been successful in linking my checking account to my PayPal account. Please someone advise me what to do. It is very important to me that I am able to do this. --- <Removed>
