Unable to send some funds

Hi dear members. Can someone help me, since yesterday, I'm trying to send some funds for a friend and PayPal is showing me an error message telling me this: " We can't send your payment right now, if you keep running into this issue please contact PayPal." Can someone help me to solve this please? Thanks best regards

There could be a few reasons (PayPal's messages are sometimes a bit foggy.).

If your account does not have a bank account or credit card linked and confirmed, you would have limits for both sending and withdraws.   Or possibly if you're trying to send money to someone, there could be an issue with the receiver's account.   Seems we can only guess sometimes as to what the exact cause is.
