I am a freelance writer and I use PayPal to receive payments from my international clients. But recently I have been wanting to pursue a course for which I need to make a payment. Whenever I try to make the payment using PayPal, it says I haven't linked a card or any preferred payment method even though both my card and my bank account is linked to PayPal, and only then I was able to receive my payments all this while.
please help me, as I don't have access to a credit card and I need help. The costumer care service of PayPal is taking forever to reply back.
