Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.
Facing this issue for a long time, I opened and closed more than three PayPal accounts due to this issue, but I was unable to link my card.
I tried adding my bank account I got 4 small payments all of which every combination I upload is showing invalid.
please sort this as soon as possible.
