I've been attempting to contact pay pale via telephone and I'm being told by the automated system that I need to call back during normal business hours and its in fact normal business hours. I've attempted the chat option and I type everything in including my issues just to get a response that it may take up to an hour for an agent then quickly after that I get a message that chat is unavailable.
