Unable to contact PayPal for 2 days via message or phone. Please help

I have been trying to get any response from paypal for 2 days running via message centre and is just leaves me holding for hours with no response from a real person. I have tried different browsers and numerous new text messages but no on will reply. I can not phone anyone at PayPal due to them not answering phone calls. Can anyone give me any help on what to do now please? I need to respond to an issue within a few days but I can not get to any staff.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
