I am from INDIA and I need to speak to a Paypal representative. My call gets disconnected after I enter the 6 digit passcode. I have been trying for a month or so.
What's the right way to connect?
I used to do this before and was able to connect to them.
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
