Unable to add EU bank

I’ve tried to add a bank account, which belongs to the netherlands (EU). My country is supported, and i’m absolutely sure that I filled out all information correct, my paypal name matches my legal name and my bank account belongs to me, everything matches. But paypal says that my IBAN number is incorrect. Does anyone know how to resolve this matter?
