Not only can't I get to my account settings, the system will not link me to a phone number.
When I click on "account" I get a screen that doe not have anything on it.
I did this of course after login yo my account.
My software is Microsoft 7
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
