I encountered something weird to me. I am trying to purchase lasers from a company in
Hong Kong, and my payment had been held up, "for up to 72 hours due to
USA regulations". Has anyone else encountered this? It seems totally strange to me that my payment is blocked by the USA goverment, when my credit union is just fine with the CC being used to buy from china. It may be our current government trying to stop us from buying anything from overseas? It does not make any sense, since it is MY money I am trying to spend! The purchase is $630, so is it the amount?
