US dollar to INR conversion and then Bank transfer

Hello everyone! 

I'm going to receive the payment in US dollar. I want to ask several questions: 

First, what will be conversion charges (in percentage) to receive money from US dollars to INR? 

Second, is there any conversion charge or fees to transfer money from PayPal wallet to bank account in India? If yes, what will be its charges?
