So someone wanted to send me money but he told me i have to buy an amazon gift card instead to receive the money?!?!?!? Can someone tell me if this is a scam he said I’ll get the money there

Yes its a SCAM.

Paypal don't ask you to use another payment processor OR send any kind of voucher or cards.

I wanted to purchase 1 shirt st $19.99 was charged for 2 shirts.vendors ph# is not in service.all I want is to get 1 shirt at $19.99.
