HELP!
Can't figure out what we're doing wrong. Trying to complete a new account. We have provided all of the requested documentation from the IRS, the State of Michigan, our bank, etc. Cannot link the new bank account after several attempts and two meetings with the bank. I have called customer service three or four times. Answered all of the security questions correctly and I am told that my answers are not correct.
This is a brand new business and PayPal is the key to our clients ordering our products. This has dragged out way too long and my partner and I are frustrated and do not know where else to go for assistance. We really need to communicate with someone at PayPal that can help us through this process. PLEASE help us!
