Sadly not BUT you could close x1 and add that paypal accounts email address to the other paypal account as you can have up to 8 email addresses on the x1 paypal account.
Be careful as you are only allowed a max of 2 paypal accounts and only then if x1 is personal and x1 is a business account, if you have 2 of the same type you risk being permanently limited.
