Two accounts??

Hey all,
I set up one account in 2016 has $3

another account in 2020 has $150 available; $100 on hold

I started selling stuff on ebay this year, ebay says I have $390 available.

Is there a way that I can combine both accounts?

And does anyone know where the missing funds would be?
