Trying to refund a payment that was made to me by mistake

So a payment was sent to me by mistake and they put in a claim (stating that the payment was sent to the wrong person).  I am trying to resolve it and just return the money - but when I try that (issue the refund) - it states that I don't have the funds to do that.  Which doesn't make sense - it was just put in there yesterday afternoon.  I need to get this resolved - it's stressing me out!Screen Shot 2018-07-17 at 9.52.15 AM.png

Are the funds cleared or pending?

Are  the funds in the correct currency?
