Trying to link a bank account

Hi all,

I'm getting no help from the message service and can't find an actual phone number to call... 

I'm just trying to link a bank account to my new paypal business account but get an error that says that the bank account is being used in another paypal business account. It really isn't. It was, but it was unlinked almost 6 moths ago. 

All I want to do is link the account, so frustrating.

Any ideas?

Has that bank account already been linked to 3 paypal accounts in that banks lifetime (even if removed and re-added back on the same bank account)?

If so you can't add it again.
