Trouble with Guest Checkout

I made a payment through guest checkout, and upon receiving the product it was completely different from what I ordered. Now I want to try to get a refund, but upon making an account, I can't find any way to report this particular payment. I have all the information for the payment through my email, but I don't know how to actually file the report. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Somehow when I paid on Ebay using PayPal, they have me down as a "Guest" and not I can not look up that transaction even though I have the transaction Number.
