Transferring money

I have just opened a new PayPal account and paid in a token amount, which is showing as a balance.

But when I click on 'Transfer' to test the bank details the amount is shown as zero. Is there a 'waiting time' or is the token amount too small?

When you click on transfer it always shows 0.00 until you click on that amount and enter how much you want to withdraw from your balance.

Sorry, clicking on the amount either on the summary or transfer page does nothing.
