Transfer to Venmo

Is it possible to transfer funds from my PayPal to my Venmo acct? If not, how do I add funds to my Venmo? Thx

At the moment,this feature is not available.

You can use PayPal to send money to another individual with a PayPal account, or move money from your PayPal account to a bank or card.

That sucks. I thought PayPal and venmo are under the same umbrella. This shouldn't be such a hassle.
