Cant seem to transfer money to Italian Email. I thought the recipient didnt have to have a paypal account and could open one once they receive notice they have some money to collect. The send to a friend method was not accepting the Email. So I asked her to set up a Paypal account and still Paypal will not accept the Email. I have phoned them twice and they advise it is being blocked for my own security but cant say why. I WANT to send this money. Any ideas ?
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
