Transfer money tp my paypal account

I do not use internet banking. How can I transfer money from my registered card to my paypal account? I have done this in the past, but now it seems that this option is no longer available.

You can't and have never been able to 'add funds' to a UK paypal account via a card, only a linked bank account.
