A friend sent me $40 through Paypal as we have done before.
This time however the transactions says it was received along with an email stating the same but has not gone through to my PayPal balance. It has been over an hour since it alerted me that it was received and has never taken this long to go through.
Where has it gone or how long should it be between received to being in my balance?
