Dear all!
My Paypal account & bank are opended in Vietnam
I have ever sent(as friends and family) 50 Eurs to Mr. A in Germany(confirmed) and the transaction fees was around 5.5 Eurs(11%)
In another time, I want to send 50 Eurs(as friends and family) to Mr. B(who told me that he is German and staying in Germany).
When i am about to send i noiticed that the transaction fees is only 2 Eurs(4%).
So, my questions are:
1. How does paypal calculate the transaction fees?
2. Can I assume that Mr. B is telling me a wrong information(about he is German and staying in Germany).
