Hi, I just did a transaction with a friend from Brazil (I'm from Belgium). He sent me 400$ but there was a transaction fee involved of 21,90$. This was obviously not the plan since we wanted to exchange 400$ on different platforms to eachother. I understand that if I refund the payment only 0.30$ is taken off of the amount, correct? The rest of the fee will be refunded as well? And then second of all, I'd like to know how my Brazilian friend can transfer me the money here on Paypal without the transaction fee being taking off.
