Transaction Fees

Good morning, can someone please assist me as I am struggling to get hold of a customer support agent which is extremely annoying. If I am making a payment from South Africa to someone in America what is the transaction fee percentage that is charged to the receiver? I believe the sender isn't charged any fees. Also does the transaction fee percentage for the receiver change depending on what country the payment is coming from? Ex if payments are made from UK/ Andorra / Switzerland / Malaysia / Brazil & Norway to USA?

Fees are in the user agreement for your country and show all international fees as well.

Can you please advise where one would find the user agreement if logged into a Paypal account?

Bottom right of every paypal page, click on legal > user agreement > select your country.

OR just go to HELP top of every paypal page and put in FEES.
