To get rid of paypal high fee charges

Hello dear! Hope you all are good. I have an issue i am using paypal dubai, my paypal charges me higher fee either recieving money or sending money. Kindly tell me the best possible way to get rid of these fee. Even one of my friend send payment to his bank free of cost.he is using paypal south africa
