I'm looking to buy a guitar from an instrument maker. He tells me that it will be finished two months after I make the payment, but how will things stand if, after waiting for the build and then waiting for it to be delivered, I need to make a claim against this seller?
Potentially, it might be pushing three months after making payment - am I right in thinking that Paypal won't be able to help after such a length of time?
