Third-party agent information

Identity Confirmation Dashboard asks to fill "Third-party agent information" (business/individual). What does it mean? What to choose?

I'm having the same issue right now. Does anyone have any advice? I have tried contacting Paypal multiple times about this but I am not receiving any answers. Thanks for your help.

I see this question was asked some time ago...was an answer received?  I am having this issue now and have not received a response from support.

I am also having this problem, and even the live humans on the phone customer service don't know what it means. Whenever I ask, I am "escalated up to the Back Office" (??) and then am sent an identical email explaining I need to identify the third party agent. I have four copies now.

Same. Except I have like 15 copies. I have been trying to resolve it for two months. I am told something different every single time I call.
