I have created new personal account for website where we will getting international payment. Website goes to paypal page then showing a error "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
