Hi @Kim190456,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community Help Forum!

I am sorry about your issue. If you receive a text message that you believe is not from PayPal, forward the message to 62226 and insert the word spoof at the beginning of the message. 
 

You can apply this for the texts messages as well.
