I received a text message that has my name in it (1) incoming payment is on hold. CaseID(numbers) We need to approve the incoming payment Now: link as https://mobilepaypal.appibe.com. Is this a scam??

I got it today too. It sounds sketchy and I want to know what it is. I assume it is a scam. Don't click on the link.

I've gotten 3 messages like that in this week and all three messages have little different link addresses each other. Idk what is going on. It has my name in it!

Received a message back from PayPal. I sent the message as spam since they stated they do not put links into the messages they advise to simply go straight to your account and check resolutions if they send you anything. Don’t click links and report any of these after checking your account directly. Glad I didn’t click anything
