I paid for my order using my paypal account. I then received a text message asking me if I placed an order with Goat using my paypal account and asked me to text back yes or no. This has never happened before so I didn’t reply. I have my confirmation email from goat and from paypal so I don’t think I should reply to the text...thoughts?
If the system thinks it is unusual, it will text you. I don't believe its required that you respond. As long as you've checked your PayPal account and all is fine is what matters.
