I was asked to download an app called "TeamViewer Quick Support" so that they could access my phone. Has anyone else encounter a request like this? They said that my account was being used in other states so they needed me to download this app. I didn't download anything for two reasons, 1. Why do you need access to my phone? you already know my account 2. The guy that asked wasn't even in the US
