I just noticed that the top of my summary page, on the right hand side, I have an unknown person's name (sounds Indian) with a Send Again button by its side.
I called PayPal and was told that there was nothing they could do about it, but that there was no danger of interference with my account. I was then advised to change my password, which I did.
I'm not sure I can accept that PayPal cannot remove this strange entry.
