I have received a message,from Paypal ?, in my email to say that my account has been suspended [ not for the 1st time ! ] I have not responded & I will hopefully hear from you so that I can delete the message
I would contact PayPal directly by Phone to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Especially since it happened before.
It will work faster than by using the forums or by sending them an email. Just my 2 cents.
