Our company director sat on hold for over an hour without getting through to speak with anyone and now I am going through the same thing - is PayPal phone support down today?

I've been on hold for 3.5 hours.  This is ridiculous! Can't they indicate the estimated time?  How can I know whether I will ever reach a person?
