This might be a dumb question but i just got into PayPal and received a payment today from doing a withdraw i did on this App i use and they counted it as "goods and services". Then that's when i got an email from PayPal about the IRS thing and blah blah and this was my first time ever receiving something like this I tried to do research still not getting the answer i'm looking for but from what i know I was wondering since it's not counted as a Personal Payment but the person is not necessarily buying anything from me either should i be worried about the IRS situation? Because i have no business it's just how they sent the payment to me. Ps. It was only $5 but i will be getting more gradually and i saw that when Massachusetts people receive more than $600 from Third Party apps we have to fill out the form but i'm not sure. So if i can get any help that will be great.
