Strange Paypal referenced charges on credit card, but does not show up in Paypal records here

Has anyone else experienced this? 

I have two charges from 4/12/18 that show up on my credit card.  This card is not billed for my Paypal transactions, payment comes from my credit union account directly.

The credit card transaction shows:

Paypal *louwho777 402-935-7733 Ca

Paypal *mikiesuncle 402-935-7733 Ca
