Stolen Money

Hi, Last night someone stolen  £250 from my paypal account. This transaction has been made automatically and without my permission. Its looks like money been sent to EBAY UK LTD. I don't understand why been sent to Ebay if Ebay is it not a seller??? Also I didn`t buy anything for last month at Ebay and nothing paid through a paypal. I have contacted Ebay they told me have to contact Paypal. I have tryied phone, email but no respond because of COVID-19 and they have limited staff. I have checked my Ebay profile and there is no invoice, nothing bought, no fees to pay. I do not understant where that money gone. Please advice. DB Thanks

Are you sure its not your ebay seller fees? If npt then........

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
