My payee can not make a payment and he keeps getting the following message :
Something went wrong on our end
We're sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request right now. Please try again shortly.
My payee has been having this problem now for over a week. I keep cancelling the original request and sending out new ones but the problem still continues. If PayPal is acknowledging the problem is on their end why aren't they fixing it? Very frustrating with the rates they charge the service should be better than it is.
Are any of those transactions from or with UK or European buyers funding their paypal payments via a credit card.
Only the VISA network has just 'crashed' and its all over our news.
