I have tried over 10 times with no avail. I have tried to call, email and message them with no help. I even went to there Facebook page as someone here suggested. Well that did not work. How do we reach out prior to sending them a lawsuit. By then it’s too late to try and work it out. I think if more of us who are frustrated with this company and have tried many times to resolve the issue, would file lawsuits, even small claim lawsuits, which are easy to do and very cheap, I think we would get a better response from this company. I myself am filing a small claims lawsuit against this company. Cant wait until they are served. I think I will get a good response then. One guy filed a small claims lawsuit and won.
