Silver bullion

In the newest user agreement it specifically states Gold Bullion is ineligible for buyer protection, what about silver bullion? There is the "financial products & investments" phrase in the user agreement, could paypal say silver bullion falls under that and not cover it, or is silver bullion covered under the buyer protection?

Thank you for your post! I'm not finding the reference to gold bullion in the US user agreement, but any sort of financial products and investments are not covered by Purchase Protection. If you are not receiving bullion into your physical possession, it would not be protected because it would be an investment.
