Should I ship, don't have payment

Hi, I received this email from the person buying my product. He wants me to ship it and says that I will receive the funds afterwards but I haven't even had a confirmation email from paypal. Should I send the parcel?

Can't see your screenshot but NO...paypal NEVER tell you to send anything until the funds are showing in your paypal balance, even if 'pending' they would still show in that balance.

Absolutely not. Make sure it is not fake PayPal payment confirmation. And don't just believe what the buyer said. You need to ensure the funds are in your PayPal account first generally.
