Hello, I am in conversation about buying a caravan, and the seller has said I can go via PayPal for pay on delivery. The conversation has taken place outside of eBay so I am not covered that way, is my money safe by paying on delivery? If so how would I go about it please?

You would have no buyer protection for items that are personally delivered or collected.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
