I received money via friends and family but want to ship something to the payee. how do I create a shipping label? When I go in to multi order shipping there is no way to add the recipient via their email address. When I select the payment in recent activity/summary it only shows me the transaction details. there is no other options for action, only viewing. Thanks in advance.
Its against Paypal rules to accept a family / friends payment for selling goods and thats why you would not be sent the address as it would not be needed. .
