1. Can I ship without printing a label? I don't have a printer, and can write legibly. 2. PayPal shipping is less than by USPS. Let's say Jane wants to buy my fabric; shipping is included in the price. Do I have to pay PayPal directly for the shipping, or is it taken out of her purchase price? 3. Have seen a few comments about PP putting a 3 week hold on incoming payments. Is this rare? Are we supposed to ship the items anyway, even though PP is holding the money? Thanks!
