Shipping option not visable

I have successfully printed in the past.  Under the transaction it has said ship to this address...this is now not showing on my payments?  Any idea why?  I do not have to send an invoice for this option correct...I just need to request payment and then when paid and I look up the transaction it should say ship...any idea why it does not?  Thanks

I am having the same issues.  The last time I was able to print labels was May 12th.  Now the option isn"t there.  Ive tried everything, I have no account restrictions.  I have spent at least 3 hours with the help chat trying to get it resolved and they can't figure it out either.  Im going to have to switch to another company to process and ship my sales if they can't resolve it soon!  Did you ever get it fixed and if so what was the problem?
